Domain Registrars in 2009

Domains are a fundamental thing for webmasters and domainers. This postly is mainly for domainers because they buy a lot of domains and sometimes have difficulties in their registrars with prices, managing etc.

We see many new registrars that offer very cheap new domains registrations as a promo but when you try to complete the offer it turns out to be a scam.

In my opinion the best domain registrars in 2009 are these:

Dynadot.com - Dynadot.com might have prices a bit more expensive that most of registrars but the other features it offers are great! The buying process is very simple and takes no more than 2 minutes. It’s absolutely one of the best registrars at the moment.

GoDaddy.com - GoDaddy has been for years one of the best registrars but lately it’s popularity has been falling. The control panel for domains if very good and ideal for domainers. Many people stopped using GoDaddy after their new layout. Also, GoDaddy is TOO complicated and wastes you a lot of time trying to do something. GoDaddy characteristic are their numerous coupons that can make the prices even cheaper.

Name.com - This registrar is owned by Google and has some very good promo offers at its first year. The control panel for domains is very simple and doesn’t waste you any time try to do things. I’m pretty sure that with the passage of time Name.com will be improved and join the Top 3 Registrars.

- NameCheap.com - NameCheap has very good prices for new registrations and renewals. In 2007-2008 becamse super popular and now it’s a favorite registrar for many webmasters and domainers.
